Very Experienced Lawyer!
I went to Ben due to the positive reviews from other folks. My charge was minor, though it could have been much worse.
I followed Ben's advice, and he worked out a deal where I could get the charge dropped. This was way beyond what I had expected for the outcome. I did have to show up for pre-trial, but he handled everything himself. All I did was wait in the lobby while he worked out the deal and then notified me of the details. Done! It took all but 20 minutes, and I was on my way—I didn't have to speak to a judge or the prosecutor. I will not have to return to court as long as I meet my obligations defined by the county attorney.
He always picked up the phone or responded to my emails. He's a very good lawyer!
I would highly recommend him if you are facing any legal trouble. He will be straightforward with you without making promises he cannot keep, but he's very experienced and pretty much knows what can and cannot be done.
